On the first Saturday of each month, acclaimed Dublin Chef Tom Lynn (of Sett Food club) will be serving a taster menu in the refined but relaxed environs of Ballyteige Lodge.
These unique meals will be prepared with locally-produced and foraged Wicklow food alone. The price is an extremely reasonable €40 per person (which includes pre-dinner cocktails). Guests are encouraged to bring along a bottle of their favourite game-friendly tipple.
